ending the week right: Food Heads Friday

What a perfect way to end the work week and start the weekend-- a sunny, relaxing dinner at Foodheads, whipped up by my favorite chef, Carson. :)  The fish was succulent and perfectly seasoned, the green beans were a-plenty, and root vegetables seem to be all the rage right now, which is a-okay with me.  This one was a mix of turnips, daikon radish, golden beets, and sweet potatoes.
