I recently chatted with Paul Qui, winner of Top Chef: Texas and proprietor of four uber-popular East Side King locations, for this Today FOOD article on ramen.  Qui is known for spicing things up in the kitchen with surprising flavor combinations, and his noodles are no exception!  Here, he talks about some of his latest experiments...and the tsukemen he plans on adding to the menu when the temperature rises here in Austin!
