I caught up with Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook, the fun duo behind L.A.'s Animal and Son of a Gun, after their demo at the Austin Food & Wine Festival. The two had given some pretty common sense words of wisdom inspired by their cookbook Two Dudes One Pan. (They loathe doing dishes, so these minimalists try to stick with a single pan and utensil whenever possible).
