You might recall my recent visit to the ZACH Theatre for a preview of Harvey.  I had a carrotini that really knocked my socks off, and the pleasure of meeting its creator, Rick Ryan. I was so impressed by the culinary knowledge he's brought to the bar program at the theatre (which he completely revamped when the breath-taking Topfer opened), I naturally wanted to shout it from the rooftops.
