ninja bachelor party: not just a fancy name

As you may have previously read, I recently completed one of Juiceland's cleanse programs. It was a great way to recharge and reset... and, honestly, not all that hard at all! I went with Level 1, since it had been a while since my last cleanse, and I found the six 12-ounce bottles they give you each day to actually be more than I could consume! So each day I had 2-3 bottles left from the day before.. so after the four day cleanse was over, I continued to juice through the next week (during the day)-- which worked out perfectly in conjunction with all nighttime dinner events I had to attend... (something's gotta give!)

You get four varieties of juice with the Level 1 Revive cleanse. These two basics:

32 oz of Cold Pressed Red: beet, carrot, apple, turmeric, ginger, and trace amounts of other fruits and veggies (definitely the sweetest of the four though not overly sweet at all, carrot and beet are most detectable, though this blend seemed to fluctuate the most each day)

16 oz of Cold Pressed Green: celery, spinach, kale, cucumber, parsley, and trace amounts of other veggies (very refreshing, grassy with a dry finish)

Then these two more "premium" blends, which were my favorite! (It's amazing the different a little Himalayan salt or jalapeno makes when your palate is so limited!)

32 oz of The Fountain: carrot, ginger, beet, kale, spinach, parsley, celery, wheatgrass (the flavor of the greens are quite masked while the carrot and the ginger are prevalent..smooth, almost creamy, texture! very quenching and definitely a treat!)

16 oz of Ninja Bachelor Party: pineapple, celery, parsley, spinach, kale, jalapeno, Himalayan salt (very slight heat from the jalas, great contrast of sweetness from the pineapple with a slight salty bite, super refreshing and well-balanced.. I saved this one for last every day!)

cold shower: cucumber, watermelon, mint, parsley, lime, salt

It's safe to say I am now hooked on the Ninja Bachelor Party, and excited to make my way through the rest of the Juiceland menu...

As for cleansing, I highly recommend it! Sometimes you need to just take a break from what your body has grown accustomed to, and remind yourself: all you need is juice!
